Ingredients in P-Lift have been shown to or may:
- High dose 2.0 g Vitex agnus-castus per day to relieve premenstrual tension.1,2
- Regulate menstrual cycle plus vitamin B6 for healthy hormone balance.3,4
- One a day dosing for improved compliance.
Warning: This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If fluid retention persists, seek medical advice. Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare Practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
