The B vitamins in Meta B Complex are essential for healthy adrenal gland functioning and for supporting the body’s response during times of stress. In particular, vitamins B6 and B12 maintain healthy stress levels via interactions with gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA) and serotonin.
B vitamins, along with vitamin C and zinc also assist with normal brain functions such as memory and concentration

To assist energy levels
B vitamin derived enzymes are essential within the Krebs cycle to facilitate the production of ATP.

Antioxidant support
Tocopherols, selenium, vitamin C and mixed carotenoids provide additional antioxidant support by inhibiting free radical activity, allowing for normal, healthy metabolism of neurotransmitters.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
